Feed & Front End Work
We understand that the Front End Engineering Design (FEED) process is the most important part of the pre-project planning or Front-End Loading (FEL). Most complex projects are very technical and require a detailed analysis in order to understand the scope, the technical specification and the estimated cost and time. FEED studies ensure that the details of the project are in place before construction starts. We at Melius can provide you with either technical support or turnkey FEED studies during the Front End Loading phase of your project.
Another part of the FEL phase of the project, is stakeholder awareness and approvals for the various cost and commitments to be made prior to execution. To facilitate this process we utilize the assurance and security of a Stage Gate process that provides regular updates and approval holds or gates in the best interest of all stakeholders.
